- In order for this program to work for you,
supporters of your organization must advise
the Spa Concierge, receptionist or sales person upon check in/check out that
they support your organization. They will be
asked to fill out a simple form at each visit
that we will use to track your account.
- In order to receive your quarterly check, the balance in your organization's
account needs to be $50 or higher at each participant's place of business
or we will make annual payments to your organization. For example, if the
total in Preston Wynne's account is $100, Preston Wynne will make a quarterly
payment to your organization in the amount of 3%. But if the balance in
James Craig's account is $25, James Craig will issue your organization a
payment yearly rather than quarterly.
- If the organization's account remains inactive for 6 months, we reserve the
right to disburse any remaining funds and close the account.
- Organizations have the option of receiving an added-value gift certificate
for services at Preston Wynne spa, in lieu of a quarterly or annual check.
These increase the value of the return to your organization and can be used
as Auction items and prizes for fundraising events. (Donated gift certificates
cannot be applied to your organization's account and will expire one year from
date of issue).
- IMPORTANT: Your organization will have a separate
account for Preston Wynne Spa in Saratoga,
Preston Wynne Spa at the Hotel Los Gatos, James Craig Salon, Sent Sovi Restaurant and Deja & Company.
Each location will issue checks or certificates based on your organizations
account balance at that facility.
IMPORTANT -- Credit is given for gift purchases upon redemption of gift card
only.
